고엽 (枯葉, Autumn Leaves)

                                               샹송 불후의 명작으로 지금까지도 세계적으로 널리 연주되고

                                               애창되는 곡인 고엽은 프랑스의 샹송 "Les Feuilles Mortes"가 원곡이다.

                                               헝가리 태생 피아니스트인 작곡가 조제프 코스마가 1945년에 초연된

                                               롤랑 프티의 발레 작품 "랑데부(Le Rendez-Vous)"를 위해 만든 곡으로,

                                               1946년 이브 몽탕이 영화 "밤의 문(Les portes de la nui)"에서 불러 인기를 끌었다. 
                                               그 후 영어로 번역된 'Autumn Leaves' 는 수 많은 가수들이 리메이크를 했고,

                                               피아니스트들을 비롯한 수 많은 연주자들이 이곡을 연주했는데

                                               1955년에는 미국 피아니스트 로저 월리엄스의 레코드가 밀리언 히트가 되었고, 
                                               에디트 삐아프의 노래로도 잘 알려져 있으며,

                                               도리스 데이와 넷 킹 콜의 노래도 빼놓을 수 없다.
